Air-cooled scroll chiller (heat pump) uses cooling parts and control components provided by world-famous manufacturers, together with the cutting-edge intelligent control system, to make it highly efficient, energy conserving, stable and reliable. The unit adopts the fully-enclosed high-efficiency scroll compressor of an international well-known brand, and the optimized scroll plate and sealing ring design. This not only effectively reduces leakage of the refrigerant, but greatly improves the volumetric efficiency of the compressor. In addition, the one-way air discharge valve can avoid refrigerant back-flow and ensure safe and stable operation of the compressor under all operating conditions.
The electronic expansion valve is precisely adjusted for precise opening according to the load demand of the system to realize the dynamic matching of the refrigerant system. In addition, the reaction mechanism is rapid and accurately, effectively improving the operating energy efficiency of the unit.

Microcomputer control system adopts TICA self-developed control procedure to implement various control functions.
Pump interlocking interface, auxiliary heater interlocking interface, external device interlocking interface, and remote wired control switch/mode switch interlocking interface are reserved on the unit control panel. Remote centralized control is supported. RS485 interface is available. BAS and many other user-friendly features are supported. The 7-inch touchscreen wired controller is provided as a standard accessory.
