Air-Cooled Scroll Chiller (Heat Pump)

Air-cooled scroll chiller (heat pump) uses cooling parts and control components provided by world-famous manufacturers, together with the cutting-edge intelligent control system, to make it highly efficient, energy conserving, stable and reliable. With a wide variety of specifications and functions, it supports the control over up to 8 units at the same time; it can also be connected to the building automation system (BAS) to easily meet various air-conditioning requirements in different places. Without a cooling water system, air-cooled scroll chiller (heat pump) is simple in its pipeline network, easily installed, cost effective, and short in construction period and can be invested by stages. The system is widely applied to various situations for comfortableness and arts and crafts, such as villas, hotels, hospitals, office buildings, restaurants, supermarkets and theaters.

High-Efficiency Compliant Scroll Compressor

The unit adopts the fully-enclosed high-efficiency scroll compressor of an international well-known brand, and the optimized scroll plate and sealing ring design. This not only effectively reduces leakage of the refrigerant, but greatly improves the volumetric efficiency of the compressor. In addition, the one-way air discharge valve can avoid refrigerant back-flow and ensure safe and stable operation of the compressor under all operating conditions.

EXV Control

The electronic expansion valve is precisely adjusted for precise opening according to the load demand of the system to realize the dynamic matching of the refrigerant system. Unique Energy Regulation

Smart Air Flow Regulation

The single modular unit can automatically turn on fans of proper number based on the ambient temperature. This maintains stable unit pressure, small water temperature fluctuation, and allows for wider cooling and heating range of the unit.

Intelligent Control

Microcomputer control system adopts TICA self-developed control procedure to implement various control functions.

Various Control Functions

Pump interlocking interface, auxiliary heater interlocking interface, external device interlocking interface, and remote wired control switch/mode switch interlocking interface are reserved on the unit control panel. Remote centralized control is supported. RS485 interface is available. BAS and many other user-friendly features are supported. The 7-inch touchscreen wired controller is provided as a standard accessory.
