Brief introduction of TICA Academy

A company is a university. We began to prepare for the establishment of TICA Academy in March of 2019 and it was officially established on Sep. 16, 2019. TICA academy aims to cultivate core technicians, which is to promote their assimilation, technical improvement and certification of professional ability. In addition, it is also committed to the training of management as well as boost and spread of corporate culture.


So far, TICA academy has created distinctive systems on organization operation, resource capacity, workflow regulations and learning platform management.


We encourage excellent employees to cultivate more excellent employees, and put a high value on the promotion of talents within the company. We take positive steps to cultivate in-house trainers and tutors. At the same time, we launch incentive systems and project control measures assisted by corporate regulations to ensure the effectiveness of training and tutoring.
